Prior to moving in your apartment will be painted, professionally cleaned and any maintenance work needed will be completed.

It is not necessary for you to be present for a service technician to perform work in your apartment. Please authorize permission to enter when work orders are submitted.

Wilber School Apartments has an on-site maintenance team. Trained professionals are onsite Monday through Friday, with 24/7 emergency on-call service.

If an item in your home needs to be repaired, a work order may be submitted via the Beacon Residential App or through the Wilber School website via the resident portal.

If you are locked out of your apartment, you should call the office and page the on-call emergency technician. If you are locked out after-hours, please call the office phone number and follow the prompts to submit an emergency service request.

Complimentary parking is available for two vehicles per household in two parking lots.

Wilber School Apartments offers a Clubroom, Fitness Center, Bike Storage, Grilling Garden with Picnic Tables, Private Outdoor Dog Park, and more. Visit our amenities page to review all that residents have at their fingertips.

Our community is pet friendly. We welcome two furry little friends per household: cats, small, caged animals, and dogs under 80 lbs. No monthly fees. Breed restrictions apply.

Each apartment features Stainless Steel Appliances: Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Garbage Disposal. Each home is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

We partner with CORT Furniture for our furnished apartment home requests. Our standard apartments are unfurnished.

The application approval process for market rate apartments is typically within 48 business hours of all required information and documentation being submitted.

Rental Payments may be made online at www.RentPayment.com.

You are not required to purchase renter’s insurance, but it is recommended.

Xfinity is the cable/internet provider in the Town of Sharon.

We understand there can be unforeseen circumstances in life. If you find yourself needing to break your lease, please contact the management office to discuss the situation.

Utilities may be set up by contacting Eversource via phone or website.

Utilities included in the rent are Water, Wastewater, and Trash Removal.

The MBTA Providence Stoughton Commuter Rail is located 1/2 mile from the community.

We are located in the Sharon Public School District, which is one of the top school districts in the state. Cottage Elementary, Sharon Middle School, and Sharon High School are all less than two miles from the community.
